Trent Lott Bows Out

Everybody's favorite idiot in Congress is actually calling it quits. Trent Lott will be leaving his post by the end of the year, after which Mississippi will be able to vote in another idiot, albeit with much less clout in Washington at least. People will no doubt come up with their own numerous theories of why he decided to retire, but it really doesn't matter. The race-carders will do as they always do and only talk about him being a 'racist' for voicing his own displeasures a few years ago of the out of control non-Caucasian crime, but will ignore the bigger benefits of having him out of there. I guess his complete biased loyalty to Bush will somehow take a backseat to a few racial comments in the past, which certainly sums up the Democrats. When such a foolish and traitorous politician leaves office, it should be thought of as a good thing, but not when he/she comes from Mississippi. Now he will enjoy the many benefits of resigning after such a bad legacy, as he gets paid big bucks to lie about his career like all the rest of them have. Good riddance anyway.
