Giuliani Partner in Crime Indicted on Charges

Bernie Kerik has finally been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of tax fraud and corruption, among other charges that are being kept confidential at the moment. He is expected to turn himself in Friday. Aside from having significant ties to the mob, Kerik was the New York police commissioner during 9/11, and a partner in Giuliani's firm. Before all that, he was just a lowly hotheaded drug cop busting his fellow human scum with extreme prejudice. He is one of the many who think the American dream is all power and success, and when they get it, think they can do no wrong when advancing one's self so selfishly.

Skeptics can claim that this does little to no harm to Pinocchio Giuliani all they want, but it doesn't take a smart person to realize that Giuliani knew of Kerik's bad activities and mob ties. He was briefed on it all, and still insisted on supporting Kerik's promotion to head of Homeland Security back in 2004. Until Kerik was publicly scrutinized, Giuliani had previously denied ever knowing of any Kerik wrongdoings or affiliations. They are both chronic crooks and liars with major ties to the mob. Yes, you could write a 300 page book on all the criminal and gross activity in Giuliani's life alone, so whether this affects Giuliani's run for president or not is up to voters who actually care enough to do a few minutes of research.

Update: Sherry Peel Jackson has just been convicted on all four counts by a bogus jury in an even more bogus unfair trial. More updates later. This is absolutely outrageous, and someone's got to pay for this.

Update: Sherry Jackson Trial May Be Going to Jury Tuesday

Update: Day one of the Sherry Peel Jackson trial is over, with the first half going the way of jury selection. Key witnesses were called to the stand for the prosecution, while the day ended with Ms. Jackson's testimony. There's a very good chance the case will go to jury tomorrow, so everyone please cross your fingers in the name of justice and the rule of law. Sherry Peel Jackson Trial Begins Today Amid Media Blackout

The trial of former IRS agent Sherry Peel Jackson against the lawfulness of the federal income tax begins this morning in Atlanta, and the media are ignoring every bit of it. I doubt it will even get much if any local attention at all, so the supporter turnout could be a huge deciding factor. Updates will be posted daily at Truthattack.

Supreme Court: Politicians Can Lie

This is mind boggling. Puzzling. Ironic. On the eves of possibly the biggest presidential election ever, as far as our sovereignty and future as a nation goes, they want to legalize the lies that politicians make during their campaigns, even though the lies are a huge reason why we're in this predicament in the first place! Was it not lies that got us into a war with Iraq? Is there not more lying every single hour of the day attempting to get us into a conflict with Iran? This is unbelievable. Lying has become acceptable with politicians, at least in the state of Washington. This is exactly what we don't need. Our free speech and First Amendment rights are in danger more every day, and these pigs want to protect the rights of the assholes that do their best to keep us in this situation.

In the state of Washington, incompetence and deliberate falsehoods of a politician's campaign is now accepted. Why are politicians allowed to freely destroy our country, as well as our constitution, with lies, while at the same time being safeguarded by the very document they help belittle? This was a law that banned a candidate from INTENTIONALLY lying about their opponent.
